Who We Are

St. Vincent de Paul Place is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization affiliated with the Roman Catholic Diocese of Norwich. We have been serving the poor in our region since 1979.

Our Mission

Our mission is to serve those in Norwich and the surrounding areas who are physically, mentally, or spiritually impoverished.

Brief History

St. Vincent de Paul Place opened in 1979 to meet the needs of the region’s poor and homeless. We moved to our current location in 2012, which is the former primary school of St. Joseph Parish. St. Vincent de Paul Place purchased the school building in early 2020.
